Rental Policies
Rental fees
Our rental fees are based on time out, whether the items are used or not. We charge for all time while the items are checked out, including times when we may be closed such as Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. In the event a rented item is not working properly, broken, or damaged it is the customer's responsibility to notify us immediately by calling 952-471-9700.
Rental period

Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery and pickup of rental items may be arranged for a nominal fee depending on the delivery location. Standard fees include delivery to ground level just inside main entrance, inside garage, or in driveway. Additional charges will be assessed for any additional work requested or required upon delivery. In an effort to avoid any additional charges please make arrangements with our staff in advance concerning your drop-off location. Delivered items will be stacked at the agreed upon location. At time of pickup items should be returned and stacked in the same location to avoid additional charges.
Cleaning
All equipment must be returned in clean condition or a cleaning fee will be charged.
Damage Waiver
A non-refundable fee of 7.27% of total rental charge will be added to all contracts. This fee will eliminate customer responsibility for accidental breakage or damage to equipment due to normal use. In the event that a rented item is not operating properly, broken or damaged it is the customers responsibility to call and notify us immediately. Damage waiver does not cover any loss or damage due to theft, misuse or abuse, unexplained loss, theft by conversion, unsecured equipment, damage resulting from loading or unloading, damage resulting during transportation, or any loss due to the customer failing to care for the rental items with regard to common sense care of such equipment.
Deposits
Trucks - $150 cash or credit card
Canopies - 50% of canopy rental
Siding brake - $200 cash or credit card
