PARTY EQUIPMENT POLICIES
RATES Rental rates listed represent the fee charged for a one day event. Most equipment may be picked up the day before your event and return the day after.
DELIVERY / PICK-UP Delivery and Pickup of Party Items may be arranged for a nominal fee. Standard fees include delivery to ground level just inside main entrance. Additional charges will be made for any additional work. Please make arrangements in advance so additional time can be allotted. Delivered items will be stacked at an agreed up on location, for pick ups, items should be returned to the same location to avoid take down charges.
SET-UP / TAKEDOWN With advance notice most items can be set up or taken down for an additional charge.
CLEANING All equipment must be returned in clean condition or a cleaning fee will be charged.
DAMAGE WAIVER A fee of 6% of total rental fee will be added to all contracts. This fee will eliminate customer responsibility for accidental breakage or damage to equipment due to normal use. Broken or damaged pieces must be returned or customer will be charged replacement cost of equipment as well as rental fees that are due. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE |
